Declassified Files
CIA Reading Room, FBI Vault, NARA, ODNI, national archives, congressional releases, and historical files.
Financial Records
Sanctions, contracts, fines, settlements, lobbying, grants, procurement, and foundation links.
Intelligence Archives
Agency records, oversight reports, commissions, leaks with provenance, and source-watch pages.
Human Cost Sources
Conflict, displacement, migration, medical claims, vaccine compensation, food stress, and exploitation metrics.
Symbolic / Fraternal Records
Public lodge material, biographies, institutional records, mission patches, logos, and symbolism notes.
Evidence Ratings
These labels should appear across every serious article, atlas node, and source card.
Confirmed Record
Official source, agency page, government report, public register, primary document, or direct institutional record.
Court Record
Filing, exhibit, indictment, judgment, deposition, transcript, or docket material.
Sworn Claim
Testimony, affidavit, or sworn statement. Logged as claim unless adjudicated or independently supported.
Credible Reporting
Reputable sourced journalism or investigation with named sources, documents, or editorial accountability.
Documented Association
Contact, employment, board membership, donation, travel, meeting, photograph, address book listing, or shared institution. Not guilt.
Disputed Claim
A contested, denied, incomplete, or conflicting claim. Presented with the dispute visible.
Symbolic Commentary
Logo, ritual language, fraternal symbolism, occult aesthetics, patch analysis, hand sign, or pattern reading. Interpretive only.
Unsupported Viral Claim
Quarantined, debunked, or flagged as unverified. Never presented as fact.
Evidence Vault Engine
The vault is now data-driven: source lanes, source cards, claim rules, source hierarchy, atlas routing, search visibility, sitemap entries, and AI-readable source structure.
Court Records
Dockets, filings, exhibits, indictments, judgments, depositions, settlements, transcripts, and public legal records.
Boundary: A filing can contain allegations, denials, exhibits, sworn claims, and adjudicated findings. Do not collapse them into the same proof category.
Open LaneDeclassified Archives
Agency reading rooms, national archives, historic releases, FOIA libraries, and public declassification collections.
Boundary: A declassified document proves the document exists and says what it says. It still needs context, date, classification history, and provenance.

Sanctions, regulator actions, contracts, procurement, lobbying, settlements, fines, grants, and compensation schemes.
Boundary: A payment, contract, fine, grant, or sanction is a public-record signal. It must not be inflated into a claim beyond what the record supports.

Conflict deaths, displacement, migration categories, missing migrants, food insecurity, compensation totals, and public-health data boundaries.
Boundary: Do not merge incompatible datasets. An encounter, death estimate, asylum application, compensated claim, report, and proven causation are different categories.

Public lodge material, architecture, mission patches, logos, ritual language, degree systems, symbolism, and esoteric interpretation.
Boundary: Symbolic similarity is not proof of conspiracy. Public records and interpretation must stay separated.

Congressional hearings, parliamentary committees, inspector-general reports, official reviews, and oversight failure records.
Boundary: Oversight records are powerful but bounded. Separate proven findings, committee conclusions, minority views, allegations, and political framing.

Numbers on this page are treated as public-record leads, not final claims. Crime, migration, sexual-offence, payout, death, and crisis figures must be tied to named official or court sources before they are presented as settled.
What counts as a usable figure?
Official statistics, court records, ministry releases, police datasets, parliamentary material, regulator data, or clearly named public reports. Nationality, foreign-born status, asylum status, immigration status, charge, suspect, conviction, and victim categories must not be mixed.
Weekly scan active
The weekly scan flags figures that need review. Machine-readable files support search and automation; normal readers should use the visible brief, evidence note, PDF, book, or video first.
